Service Overview: The Busy Bee Special is designed to assist with weekly chores and basic household maintenance, providing you with more time to enjoy the things you love. Our goal is to handle those recurring tasks efficiently and with the utmost care, using eco-friendly products at no additional cost.

What to Expect - Weekly Clean


  • Kitchen & Appliances:

    • Clean and organize the inside of the fridge and pantry.

    • Wipe down and sanitize the inside of the microwave and other small appliances.

    • Clean stove top.

    • Clean the dishwasher interior door and exterior.

    • Load and unload the dishwasher (if necessary).

    • Wash, dry, and put away dishes (+ $15)

  • Laundry & Linens:

    • Wash, dry, fold, and put away linens, towels, and clothes. For more than 2 baskets of clothes, a $5 fee will be charged for each additional basket.

    • Change and wash bed linens as requested.

    • Organize and tidy laundry areas.

  • General:

    • Declutter and organize common areas (kitchen, living room, etc.).

    • Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.

    • Vacuum & Mop

  • Special Requests:

    • Clients can specify additional tasks (e.g., clean windows, water plants). Additional fees may apply.


 

Items Excluded from the Package


Deep cleans are recommended every four sessions to maintain optimal cleanliness. Clients may request a deep clean at any time, with an additional fee based on the agreed price.


  • Deep Cleaning Tasks:

    • Scrubbing bathrooms, including shower/tub, toilet, and tile grout.

    • Cleaning of high surfaces like ceiling fans, chandeliers, or unreachable windows.

    • Carpet or upholstery cleaning.

    • Cleaning exterior windows or exterior areas (porch, garage, etc.).

  • Heavy Duty/Seasonal Tasks:

    • Oven or range hood cleaning (interior).

    • Deep cleaning of baseboards, walls, or doors.

    • Decluttering projects beyond basic organization.

    • Cleaning or organizing spaces beyond what can be reasonably managed in the allotted time (e.g., attics, basements, or storage units).

  • Hazardous Material Handling:

    • Handling of biohazards, mold, or hazardous waste.

    • Pet waste, litter boxes, or cleaning up after pets in an unsanitary condition.

    • Moving heavy furniture or objects.


 

Our Commitment:

  • We use only eco-friendly products for all services to ensure a safe and healthy home environment.

  • Our team is trained, insured, and dedicated to providing high-quality service every time.

  • If any task within the scope is not completed to your satisfaction, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will return to address it.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Please ensure that the home is in a condition where the agreed-upon services can be performed efficiently (e.g., no excessive clutter or obstructions).

  • Provide access to all areas and items that need to be cleaned or organized.

  • Communicate any specific preferences or instructions before the service begins.

Pricing and Scheduling:

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly options available at a 20% discount from regular cleaning prices.

  • Services are scheduled in 2–3-hour blocks based on the level of service required.
